Last week at the Studio in Cannon Valley we hosted our very first frame weaving class. We had a fabulous day connecting and crafting and learning all the stitches to weave a masterpiece of our own.

Frame weaving is a great craft with endless possibilities only limited by our own imagination. It's like painting with wool, adding colour and texture to your piece. Essentially you are creating a piece of fabric which you can use in so many different ways, although most people hang it on the wall. 

I have used these frames to make interesting and quirky fabrics to sew into little bags and wallets. The sky is the limit!
